Toto \u0161kolenie pon\u00faka organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m priestor, aby si vy\u0161kolili vlastn\u00fdch mentorov, pri\u010dom z\u00edskaj\u00fa z\u00e1klady potrebn\u00e9 pre vykon\u00e1vanie takejto funkcie. \u0160kolenie rozv\u00edja ich znalosti a zru\u010dnosti potrebn\u00e9 na lep\u0161iu podporu dobrovo\u013en\u00edkov v r\u00e1mci programu Eur\u00f3psky zbor solidarity.<\/p>\n<p>Ciele aktivity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pon\u00faknu\u0165 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00facim mentorom praktick\u00e9 a\u00a0teoretick\u00e9 znalosti o\u00a0dobrovo\u013en\u00edckom mentorovan\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>porozumie\u0165 dobrovo\u013en\u00edckej sch\u00e9me a\u00a0roliam r\u00f4znych z\u00e1ujmov\u00fdch os\u00f4b zahrnut\u00fdch v\u00a0dobrovo\u013en\u00edckych aktivit\u00e1ch Erasmus+;<\/li>\n<li>rozv\u00edja\u0165 znalosti a\u00a0zru\u010dnosti pre podporu dobrovo\u013en\u00edkov, menovite ich vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch procesov;<\/li>\n<li>obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 sa s\u00a0r\u00f4znymi typmi mentorovania;<\/li>\n<li>z\u00edska\u0165 odpovede na technick\u00e9\/praktick\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti;<\/li>\n<li>spozna\u0165 pr\u00edklady dobrej praxe a\u00a0vymeni\u0165 si sk\u00fasenosti;<\/li>\n<li>vymeni\u0165 si kontakty a\u00a0vytvori\u0165 nov\u00e9 partnerstv\u00e1;<\/li>\n<li>vytvori\u0165 podporn\u00fa skupinu (sie\u0165).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pracovn\u00fd jazyk: anglick\u00fd jazyk<\/p>\n<p>Cie\u013eov\u00e1 skupina: Pracovn\u00edci s\u00a0ml\u00e1de\u017eou; mana\u017e\u00e9ri ml\u00e1de\u017en\u00edckych projektov; ml\u00e1de\u017en\u00edcki l\u00eddri; mentori dobrovo\u013en\u00edkov; dobrovo\u013en\u00edci alebo ex-dobrovo\u013en\u00edci, ktor\u00ed sa zauj\u00edmaj\u00fa o\u00a0mentorstvo.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov: 2 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci zo SR<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou na \u0161kolen\u00ed: Ubytovanie a strava s\u00fa hraden\u00e9 z prostriedkov programu Erasmus+. 90 % cestovn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov hrad\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi slovensk\u00e1 N\u00e1rodn\u00e1 agent\u00fara a 10 % si hrad\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk s\u00e1m alebo hrad\u00ed minim\u00e1lne 20 EUR v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee sa jedn\u00e1 o men\u0161iu sumu.
