NIVAM – National Institute of Education and Youth, National Agency Erasmus+ for youth and sports is looking for a skilled international rapporteur who will support the educational and content-related aspects of the event and ensure the collection and processing of key outcomes.
About the activity
The European Rural Youth Summit (ERYS) is a flagship transnational conference within the Erasmus+ Youth TCA framework. It aims to strengthen the rural youth ecosystem in Europe by promoting youth well-being, intercultural dialogue, and active youth participation at the local level.
The 2025 edition will host young leaders, policymakers, practitioners, and institutional stakeholders from across Europe. This year’s ERYS focuses on:
- Youth well-being
- Intercultural dialogue in rural areas
The rapporteur will:
- Co-design selected parts of the educational programme, especially working group formats;
- Coordinate and support working groups during the Summit with a focus on collecting insights, recommendations, and outcomes;
- Develop and implement tools for summarizing working group conclusions;
- Participate in the preparatory webinar for selected participants before the event;
- Contribute to the preparation of a keynote input for the ERYS 2025;
- Ensure the consistent collection of working group outcomes during the event and support their validation by the participants during the final panel;
- Co-create a policy recommendation paper based on the outputs of the working groups;
- Contribute to the post-event evaluation and final documentation.
